These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EpicVIP and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EpicVIP. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on our platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or placing any wager on EpicVIP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of EpicVIP immediately.

Each Player may register one (1) account on EpicVIP. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as per your Malaysian IC (MyKad) or Passport, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. EpicVIP will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify EpicVIP support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms. EpicVIP reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration and to suspend accounts where information cannot be verified.
EpicVIP accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.
Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfers via FPX and online banking portals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) require at least one blockchain confirmation and may take 15 to 30 minutes.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their Account settings as part of EpicVIP's responsible gambling tools. EpicVIP reserves the right to set account-level deposit limits at its discretion.
All deposits are accepted and held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. EpicVIP does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be subject to immediate reversal upon detection.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed where: (a) the Player's KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been fully satisfied; (c) the requested amount does not exceed the Player's available withdrawable balance; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no active security reviews.

These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, for accounts subject to enhanced verification, or for unusually large withdrawal amounts.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. EpicVIP reserves the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer for accounts where the deposit method is unavailable for payouts.
Standard daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced limits. Players may contact support to request a limit review where their VIP status or account history supports a higher threshold.
All bonuses and promotions offered by EpicVIP are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is stated in each offer's terms. Rollover must be completed within the stated validity window or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per game round or spin. Placing a single bet that exceeds this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game types may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
EpicVIP employs automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, low-risk combination wagering designed to fulfil rollover with minimal variance, or collusion between accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, EpicVIP reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold winnings, and suspend the relevant Account(s).
Membership in EpicVIP's VIP Programme (Bronze through Royal Black Diamond) is subject to the programme's specific terms, which are provided separately. VIP benefits are not transferable and are subject to tier qualification requirements being maintained on an ongoing basis.
EpicVIP reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and in progress.
All game results and sports betting outcomes determined and settled on EpicVIP are final. EpicVIP's decision on the settlement of any bet is binding. Queries regarding result settlements must be raised with support within 30 days of settlement.
EpicVIP reserves the right to void bets where they have been placed as a result of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or where the integrity of the event or game outcome has been compromised.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change at EpicVIP's discretion.
Sports betting on EpicVIP covers Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, NBA, and other major sports markets. Bets are governed by the specific rules of each market as displayed on the platform. In-play (live) bets are accepted at EpicVIP's discretion and may be suspended without notice during live events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Balances — including real money deposits — may be withheld pending investigation and, where criminal conduct is identified, may be reported to relevant Malaysian authorities.
In accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations, EpicVIP reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request.

EpicVIP endeavours to complete standard KYC reviews within 30 minutes to 24 hours of document submission during operating hours. Complex cases may require additional time. Players will be notified of the outcome via registered email.
Where a Player declines to submit required verification documents, or where submitted documents cannot be verified to EpicVIP's satisfaction, EpicVIP reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and ultimately close the Account, returning verified deposits where required by applicable obligations.
EpicVIP may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; created multiple accounts; or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to EpicVIP, other players, or third parties.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting EpicVIP's support team via live chat. Where a closure is requested for responsible gambling reasons, EpicVIP will apply a mandatory cool-off period and may escalate the request to its responsible gambling team for follow-up.
Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding breach investigation) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon closure.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without EpicVIP's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EpicVIP shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of winnings due to technical failures; losses incurred as a result of a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds or results due to third-party data feed errors; or losses arising from account compromise where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
EpicVIP's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits EpicVIP's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
EpicVIP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, EpicVIP will provide reasonable notice via email to registered Players or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be published on this page.
Your continued use of EpicVIP following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to EpicVIP's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to EpicVIP's customer support team for internal resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within 30 days of formal complaint, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights that Players may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.
